Welcome to Manon and Yann's spacious gîte close to the sea. Open all year round, you'll be charmed by this old farmhouse dating from 1900, combining the rustic with the contemporary. In a bucolic setting, 12 km from the beaches and 200 metres from a cycle path, Manon and Yann welcome you for your stay with family or friends.
This 170 m2 gîte, completely renovated inside and out in 2023, has five bedrooms, including two master suites. It sleeps a maximum of 12 people. There is a 1800 m2 garden planted with trees where you can enjoy outdoor games and the swimming pool.
We guarantee you an experience in the heart of nature, between land and sea.

We're delighted to welcome you to this old farmhouse dating from before 1900, which we've completely renovated ourselves. Both from the Vendée, we are sensitive to environmental and social issues, through our respective backgrounds.
The adventure began in December 2021 when we bought the property after falling in love with the old farmhouse. We were looking for a place to give free rein to our project to create gîtes. The work to create the "M&Y COTTAGE" gite took almost a year. We wanted to create a charming gite in this old building to welcome you.
Close to the ocean, the site is the ideal place for nature lovers or anyone looking for a getaway from the city to recharge their batteries. Our many professional experiences and our complementary skills made our project a success.
